Full Job Description

As the Paid Search Manager at Virgin Media O2, you will take full ownership of our paid search accounts, leading the performance strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360. Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance and optimisation of large-scale, high-budget campaigns. This is a pivotal role within the fast-paced Digital Marketing team, contributing significantly to our online sales and new customer acquisition. You will work closely with internal teams, Google, and other key partners to ensure innovative campaigns meet performance objectives, using a clear test-and-learn approach to continually improve campaign outcomes. You will also play a key role in advancing our use of automation and data-driven marketing strategies, helping to future-proof our digital marketing efforts.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale paid search accounts, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse large data sets and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimise PPC strategies that deliver results in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Experience with budget management, performance analysis, and campaign optimisation for paid search accounts.
  • Understanding of reporting tools and key performance metrics, with GA4 knowledge being advantageous.
