Full Job Description

  • Leading on paid search campaigns to drive growth for clients

  • Working on a range of e-commerce and lead-gen clients with 6 figure ad budgets.

  • Performing regular account checks and optimisations to ensure optimal results

  • Strong communication skills with both the team and client in meetings, presentations and calls.

  • Structure your own time effectively, working to both internal and client deadlines

  • Collaborate effectively with other departments such as SEO, Business Development and Design.

  • Coaching & mentoring junior members of the team to drive their developmental growth.

    We're looking for a hands-on and enthusiastic Paid Search Specialist who's keen to be a growing agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in self-managing a roster of e-commerce and lead generation clients across Google Ads., A collaborative team player who can work well with our established paid media team on international, high budget accounts is what we're after. Seed is an agency that puts its team first, you will be valued, listened to, and encouraged to develop your career and skillset every single day., 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC accounts.

  • Strong, in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads, with experience in using campaign types such as Shopping, Search, Display and Performance Max.

  • Experience of working on complex and international accounts.

  • Basic understanding of performance marketing automation (scripts, in-house tools, external tools).

  • Experience in Google Sheets (or/and Excel) and Google Docs and digital reporting software.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to contextualise data and communicate clearly.

  • Ability to innovate and follow up with execution - test, measure, learn, scale.

  • Strong work ethic, self-management, personal accountability and ownership.

  • Understanding of attribution and tracking and how to communicate this to the client effectively., PPC Campaign Management: 3 years (required)
