Full Job Description

Join an award-winning team working alongside the Paid Social Director and other teammates to deliver market-leading strategy and execution on one of the industry's largest biddable accounts. Sitting within Team Constellation, a bespoke collective of experts bringing the best of the global Publicis network to collaborate across strategy, planning, technology, audience, and activation for Samsung. As a flagship client, Samsung's Paid Social team plays a critical role in delivering results throughout the year, commanding large budgets and high focus from the client. You will be working directly with your client counterparts to ensure we're hitting targets and identifying additional growth opportunities, while ensuring we are following Social best practice across all media we run. Product launches and promotional periods are the most exciting tactical moments for Samsung where teams work to deliver flawless execution and develop industry leading approaches that often become award-winning work. Coming in as a Paid Social Manager, we're looking for someone who is passionate about performance media, technology, and looking to make their mark on a rapidly growing client. Your responsibilities will range from client communications, social strategy, campaign responses, forecasting & finance, and of course innovation. You will play a pivotal role in aligning with the wider planning and activation teams, whilst managing a team of Executive-level colleagues to support you.

We're looking for a passionate self-starter who can work with the Account Director to deliver exceptional social strategy, execution, and operations. It's a large team so you need to be able to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, while managing a capable team of social specialists behind you. Client servicing is also a key part of the role and you'll be working directly with them to develop campaign strategies and plans that meet certain targets as well as ensuring we're on top of our media plans and finances for the quarters ahead.

  • Strong experience across all things Paid Social including planning, strategy, and execution
  • Experience in working on campaigns with both brand awareness and performance objectives, such as reach, attention and ROAS objectives
  • Expertise in advanced features of Meta media buying, plus at least 2 other main social platforms (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Snap, Pinterest etc.)
  • A passion for innovation willing to push the limits of Paid Social and the wider digital plan
  • Someone who can build collaborative relationships with clients, media owners and internal teams
  • Ability to manage large budgets and develop a clear and simple finance process.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills
  • Some experience in working with dashboards, such as via Looker Studio, to help visualize and contextualize performance for clients and internal teams
  • Some experience in training and managing the workloads of others in your team, whether in a line managerial and/or mentoring capacity, desirable
