Zenith International (part of Publicis Media) is looking for a Paid Social Associate Director to manage our paid social activity for an exciting client brand following an important pitch win. This role will sit within the Europe and North Africa (ENA) region and will have accountability for delivery across 43 local markets in a centralised regional model. The Client This is a new client for Zenith International as the result of a recent competitive pitch win. It is a 'Power of One' client, comprising the best talent and product offering from agencies across the Publicis Groupe, including creative, production, strategy, technology and media planning and buying. The win represents a significant commercial opportunity for the agency and will provide a platform for talent to learn, grow and progress their careers. The client is a leader in the international travel and hospitality industry with a significant footprint globally, most notably within Europe and North Africa, offering premium, mid-range and economy solutions for guests. They invest in all digital media across brand and performance and have clear and specific KPIs the agency will be measured against. In order to deliver these KPIs, we need the best talent to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence consistently., The Director will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective paid social strategy, plan development and overseeing all aspects of execution.

  • Implement and deliver innovative Paid Social strategy.
  • Responsible for refining strategic approach by designing a measurement roadmap, executing test & learns, pitching activity on new platforms.
  • Leads on client education of all channel/market developments and oversees the planning output of the team.
  • Drive Performance Oversees to a high standard of Paid Social campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop the account, consistently increasing spend and platform, product and technology adoption.
  • Designs better ways of working to achieve client aims/ satisfaction/ targets.

    Experience planning, managing and activating multi-market brand and performance campaigns on all global Paid Social platforms.
  • Have used tech partners, brand safety, verification and data providers.
  • Excellent knowledge of first and third party measurement solutions and up to date with incoming industry changes around privacy and identity.
  • Managed a global client and team.
