Full Job Description
- Contribute to our Paid Digital Media strategy, budget, execution, and performance
- to drive qualified opportunities inbound.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn, Meta, 6sense Display & Retargeting campaigns across the respective platforms.
- Drive and own the landing page/Creatives testing roadmap, incrementally testing to continuously improve our campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Gen, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Web team, Campaigns & ABM to align our Paid Social efforts with overall campaigns, ABM & business goals and objectives.
- Leverage 6Sense insights and data analysis to gain a deeper understanding of prospect behavior, preferences, and journey stage whilst aligning with our ABM strategy to target in-market prospects ready to speak to Sales.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to track campaign performance and effectiveness. Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide regular and effective updates and insights to key stakeholders on the performance of Paid Social campaigns and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with Product Marketing team, creative and development teams to create high performance landing pages for paid media
- Stay abreast of paid social trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and experiment and incorporate them into our strategy to gain competitive advantages.
5+ years of experience in B2B Paid Social across Google Ads and Bing Ads. preferably SaaS - Substantial experience in paid social, Meta, LinkedIn and/ or display advertising, ideally in a global SaaS environment
- Experience targeting different B2B segment and/ or B2B Enterprise audience
- Analytical by default; strong data literacy and familiarity with data visualisation tooling like GA4, Salesforce and Tableau.
- Proficient in leveraging 6Sense Marketing Suite capabilities.
- Proven track record of driving sustainable growth, scaling channels, and generating qualified leads through Paid Social campaigns, with a strong understanding of B2B full funnel omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficient analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing campaign performance data, conducting A/B testing, incrementally testing, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, skilled in sharing insights with audiences of different seniority and levels of marketing knowledge.
- Experience with other digital advertising channels, such as Paid Search, Affiliate, and YouTube Ads, is a plus.
- Initiative and desire to pursue growth and success, always eager to learn and share, obsessed with data and testing, proficient with BI and analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related field is preferred.
