Full Job Description

We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our growing social team, joining to work on a new global Health & Beauty client!, Paid Social Managers are responsible for delivering the digital media planning, buying and activation for clients. Day to day, you'll make budget, channel & tactic recommendations, lead the review of campaign performance. You'll contribute to client meetings - providing rationale for recommendations and insights into performance.,

  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement testing frameworks and beta products to enhance media performance.
  • Perform regular adjustments to budgets, bids, targeting, and creative to optimize campaign results.
  • Ensure campaigns are activated and executed on schedule in coordination with clients and media teams.
  • Explore innovative solutions and value-add opportunities through partnerships with media and tech providers.
  • Present updates and insights during client review meetings and status calls for specific channels.
  • Collaborate with media colleagues to efficiently manage budgets and share data across channels.
  • Ensure accurate monthly reconciliation and invoicing, aligning media spend with client plans.

    Experience in a Media Agency at Senior Account Executive or Manager level, focussed on Paid Social
  • Deep understanding of paid social platforms, including audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Ability to research market opportunities and develop insightful points of view for colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in independently activating, managing, and optimizing campaigns, while ensuring quality oversight.
  • Strong team player capable of integrating work into complex accounts for client benefit.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy from campaign setup to financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent numeracy and proficiency in Excel.
