In this role, you'll help manage our digital media strategy, providing the direction for all our paid social, display, and youtube activity.   • You'll be the channel expert for AO, providing campaign performance and optimisation insights into the best strategies and tactics
  • Oversee the work of a Digital Media Exec, training technical knowledge, and managing workflow
  • Build strong working relationships within marketing, trade marketing, buying, creative etc
  • Manage the enhancement of AO's overall approach to Paid Media and design strategies that can be automated and executed
  • Oversee platform strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the media campaign across Paid Social platforms, Display, and YouTube
  • Be comfortable with representing your team and channels in senior-level conversations
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

    Experience managing Paid Media budgets and strategies
  • Comfortable driving the Paid Social, Display, and YouTube forward, always looking at what's next
  • Excellent self-awareness and comfortable managing with a collaborative style
  • Experience managing platform providers like Meta and Google
  • Strong commercial knowledge and can continue to drive ROI
