Full Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Social Senior Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Paid Social Account Manager for a leading luxury watch brand. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing high-quality paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with a focus on planning, activation, optimization, and analysis. As a Senior Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate planning, smooth campaign setup, delivery, and reporting while helping drive innovation for a fast-paced, high-expectation client. You'll work closely with a junior Executive, which provides a great opportunity to develop your management skills and lead by example. Your primary focus will be to support the execution of the biddable media strategy, ensuring campaigns meet their targets efficiently and within deadlines. This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise within a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Manage the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns primarily on Meta as well as on other social channels. Collaborate with the junior Executive to ensure effective delivery of the media strategy. Analyze performance data, identify trends, and suggest optimizations to improve campaign performance. Proactively contribute to the innovation and success of campaigns for the luxury watch brand. Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients.

We're seeking a driven and motivated individual who can take ownership of projects and thrive in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Meta Ads Manager and other social advertising platforms, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow in the paid social space. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Effective communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with basic math and data analysis skills. Experience with Sprinklr is a plus. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop their skills in paid social media while managing luxury clients.
