Full Job Description
As a Vehicle Paint Technician at Steer, you will work on a wide range of customer vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Mixing and applying paint to match vehicle specifications using spray guns and other equipment.
- Operating our spray booth to ensure top-quality results.
- Ensuring that all work meets customer specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and provide exceptional service.
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

- A solid understanding of the accident repair industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
