Painter / Decorator

To carry out painting and decorating works to a high standard in the implementation of the painting and decorating programme and day to day maintenance, + Carry out redecoration and maintenance work to a high standard.
· Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings and specifications appropriate to the craft, without supervision.
· Actively participate in the operation of QE Facilities helpdesk, including the timely completion of work dockets via a PDA (hand held computer).which will include job sheets with Tradesman's report, time taken and materials used for costing purposes.
+ Carry out paperhanging and applying associated covering materials
+ Carry out plaster patching
+ Carry out dry lining works
+ Erecting and dismantling modular scaffolding to carry out work
+ Application of new products, with relevant training
+ To take off quantities of materials for painting projects, + Carry out redecoration and maintenance work to a high standard.
