Full Job Description

Deliver high-quality painting, decorating, and damp & mould treatment for residential properties.

  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure efficient, timely completion of projects.
  • Manage materials - measuring, ordering, and replenishing as needed.
  • Work closely with managers to meet deadlines and maintain cost-efficiency.
  • Keep your company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and stocked with the essentials.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, promoting our core values.
  • Follow strict Health & Safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain and operate company equipment (mobile phone, tablet, People Safe Device).
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to keep skills up-to-date.

    Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator with a background in housing? Join our Responsive Internal Repairs Team (IRT) where you'll help to improve the homes of our customers by carrying out essential painting, decorating, and mould treatment tasks.,
  • Experience in preparing and protecting surfaces for decoration.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating, or relevant time-served experience.
  • Skilled in applying paint systems by brush, roller, and airless spray.
  • Experience applying wall and ceiling hangings.
  • Ability to effectively apply mould treatment solutions.
  • Knowledge of erecting and dismantling access equipment.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.
  • IT literate, able to use smartphones/tablets for work purposes.
  • Full UK driver's licence.
