Full Job Description
To assist the Account Manager in the reviewing, planning, managing and co-ordinating of all maintenance and project works across a multi-discipline contract in a safe manner to the required quality standard and in a cost effective way. Key Activities : Be responsible for reviewing, planning and co-ordinating all incoming maintenance and/or minor projects work requests in such a way as to execute the work scope in a safe and effective manner, to the required quality standard and within budget. Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Review and co-ordinate all maintenance and project work (planned, reactive and emergent) on a daily/weekly basis and liaise with the relevant discipline supervisor to ensure works are commenced and completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the supervisors are adequately briefed with regard to work priorities, early start and late finish dates.
- Liaise with the supervisors in order to understand anticipated completion dates.
- Foal point for all client requests and "second in command" when Site Manager is away from site.
- Manage and co-ordinate all subcontract works.
- Safety audits and regular monitoring.
- Regular liaison with site supervision to ensure all company procedures for safety, quality, commercial, etc are adhered to at all times.
- Assist the client's engineers in scoping the estimating of various work activities and implement within the chosen planning tool.
- Comply with any other request from the Account Manager.
