Moving to the night planning team when training is complete.,

• Carry out daily planning using the Paragon software to the optimum level and in line with the requirements of the transport department, whilst ensuring legal compliance
• Creation of daily planning projects ensuring all unique daily requirements are incorporated
• Ensure all Fleet controller communications are switched on and functioning correctly i.e. tracking, e-mail etc.
• Resolve any outstanding Salesforce tasks ensuring the correct level of approval and compliance is adhered to
• Work with the above teams to provide the best operational solutions, with the appropriate level of approval agreed by the DC GM or OM. On both a daily operational and strategic basis
• Ensure clear and detailed handover to the Transport and Warehouse teams

Technical competencies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
• Good numerical reasoning and logical thinking skills
