Paralegal

We are commercial solicitors based in Derby dealing with Employment Law and Employment Disputes, Commercial Property Law, Company and Commercial and Commercial Dispute Resolution, including debt recovery and we work throughout the Midlands, England and Wales. We are a modern practice, but we have traditional high standards and values. We draw on the wide experience of our senior lawyers in acting for a broad cross-section of owner-managed businesses, from start-ups to multi-million pound international businesses., Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases

- Assist solicitors in drafting legal documents, including contracts and agreements

- Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal proceedings

- Manage schedules and appointments for solicitors

We are seeking a diligent Paralegal to join our Property team in providing essential support to our fee earners. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills., Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office software

- Excellent command of the English language for drafting legal documents

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

- Organisational skills to maintain case files systematically
