Full Job Description

What you'll be doing As part of the Fees Legal Team, you will manage your own caseload with the guidance of experienced solicitors. You will handle cases from the pre-action stage through to trial and enforcement, ensuring the recovery of school fees. This role includes initiating legal proceedings, attending court, negotiating settlements, and offering legal advice related to fee disputes.

  • Civil litigation experience with knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
  • Strong organisational skills and experience managing large caseloads.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with schools and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
  • Qualified LPC / legal qualification is required
  • Inhouse & litigation experience would be desired (not essential)
