Paralegal - Real Estate, Renewable Energy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our busy Real Estate team in Bristol, focusing on Renewable Energy properties and clients. This role offers the chance to work in a commercially driven, collaborative team and gain exposure to a diverse range of clients. What youll do

Carry out Land Registry applications.
Conduct land searches for due diligence on complex properties
Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
Perform due diligence and prepare reports on title.
Manage documents clearly, including preparing and maintaining records.
Draft email correspondence and documents
Provide excellent client service.
Ensure deadlines are met and maintain high-quality work.
Lead the use of technology to maintain confidentiality agreements for key E&I clients.

Paralegal experience in Real Estate
Experience with Land Registry applications, searches, and SDLT returns.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy team with demanding clients.
Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Highly organised with great time management skills
Strong work ethic
Collaborative team player
