Paralegal - RTA

We are currently looking to recruit a bright and ambitious, Paralegal to join our Multi-Track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) Team on a permanent basis based in our Manchester office. This role is on a hybrid working arrangement with 1/2 days working from the office, so you will need to be within the Manchester area to assist the with client visits and meetings.,

• To assist fee-earners to progress cases quickly.
• Setting up new files on the case management system.
• Drafting Letters of Claim, Claim Forms and Court Forms
• Answering client calls, responding to queries, and providing updates
• Helping prepare instructions to Counsel
• Preparing Trial Bundles
• Liaising with medical experts, barristers, and council
• Attending Court/Council meetings when applicable
• Reviewing expert reports
• Arranging meetings and appointments for the fee earners
• General organisation and upkeep of files
This role would be a great next step for experienced paralegals, ideally within personal injury, who are looking to build on their practical legal experience and join a busy and successful team., Note to Agencies: If external support is required on a vacancy, the role will be released by individual invite to specific agencies on our PSL.
