Park Security Officer - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire, The Security team at Billing Aquadrome are looking for a Park Security Officer to assist the Security Manager in providing a safe and secure environment for all customers, team members and others who may be affected by our business.,

• Being a team player and understanding the value of teamwork
• Getting to know our guests and appreciating their importance, responding promptly to their needs, while following our guest service policy.
• Creating a safe environment, by being visible maintaining a positive security presence.
• Regularly patrolling the park on foot and by vehicle
• Relaying information promptly, building strong relationships with colleagues and other departments.
• Responding to alarms
• Monitoring behaviour and diffusing any situations that could lead to a disturbance
• Monitoring noise levels and taking appropriate action when required.
• Assisting the Accommodation and Reception with any late guest arrivals
• Actioning gas bottle delivery requests when required
• Maintaining a security log, including recording all incidents
• Providing site/local information both the team and our guests.
  
  Candidates must hold a valid SIA badge
• Full driving licence
• Excellent communication skills
