Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Parking Technician (Parking Appeals) to support the notice processing function within the team. The role involves dealing with correspondence in relation to the Traffic Management Act 2004. This includes parking, bus lane and moving traffic enforcement appeals, managing and responding to customer enquiries and complaints as well as other day to day administrative tasks. The role requires adherence to legislation, legal processes and government guidance.

We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in a busy team, is able to work to statutory time deadlines and has excellent communication and customer service skills. The candidate should be fully computer literate, with good working knowledge of packages such as Word and Excel.
