Parks Cleansing Operative - Grade 3 (£27,030 - £27,855)

We are looking for a number of roles to work within the Grounds Maintenance Team. These posts are part of a small but very busy team responsible for the maintenance of our Parks and Green spaces in the borough.

Knowledge and experience of grounds maintenance and delivering a quality service, would be an advantage. Just as important will be your values, attitude and approach, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure that our residents receive an excellent services.

This is an exciting time to be working in Croydon. As we emerge from the impacts of the pandemic, we face an unprecedented challenge in shaping the recovery and sustainable growth of our borough. Croydon Council is also building back from declaring a S114 notice last year, and we are having to work innovatively, build partnerships and strengthen ties with local communities, businesses, and wider society, working towards a more sustainable and inclusive future for the whole borough.
