Part Exchange Executive (Mat Leave FTC)

Why Choose This Role? The purpose of the Part Exchange Executive role is to provide support for the Part Exchange Manager to ensure the smooth running of the in-house Part Exchange facility. This role will primarily focus on the purchasing of customer existing properties, the remarketing and reselling of the existing property portfolio and driving resales through to exchange and completion as swiftly as possible, providing accurate forecasting to assist with funding-management. As a Part Exchange Executive, you will:

• Own and manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring timely exchanges and completions.
• Drive sales success by forecasting dates with precision, managing funding, and maintaining impeccable records.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, from sales teams to solicitors and estate agents, ensuring every transaction is smooth and successful.
• Demonstrate your expertise in property valuation, market analysis, and customer service to create unbeatable Part Exchange offers.
  
  Proven experience in sales, conveyancing, or a similar property role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

You will have:
