Be part of the movement - and play your part About the role As an Apprentice in Part Loads, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Working Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Providing excellent customer service by communicating with customers and internal stakeholders via telephone, email, Teams, and other methods.
  • Updating various IT platforms with relevant information.
  • Learning and understanding part load logistics.

    Good communication skills are essential, along with a positive and optimistic attitude to deliver excellent customer service to a wide variety of customers. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will need to manage a high volume of details and processes efficiently. This role thrives on a team culture where we constantly depend on each other to achieve our aims and goals. The ideal candidate will be dependable, strong enough to hold their own, and possess a strong, confident approach.
