Full Job Description

  • Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

  • Utilise accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks to maintain financial records

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring

  • Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations

  • Mentor junior staff members in accounting practices

  • Present P & L as well as balance sheet items to group finance manager

  • Prep month-end journals for fixed assets, prepayments & accruals

  • To be eligible for this position, candidates should ideally be a Part-Qualified Accountant (AAT) with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across our many businesses. Applicants must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

This position is based in Woodbury Business Park offering convenient onsite parking., Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
    - Experience in financial services and financial accounting
    - Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
    - Ability to mentor and train junior staff members
    - Excellent financial management skills

    This is preferably a full-time role however we are open to part-time applicants (minimum 20 hours per week), please let us know your preferred hours and days if you are interested in a part time position.,
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • accounting: 1 year (preferred)
