Full Job Description

Take care of recording day to day transactions

- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns

- Invoice customers through Xero and chase overdue debtors

- Pay suppliers and keep record of overdue creditors

- Reconcile bank statements

- Assisting the team by keeping files and records up to date

- Assisting the director in general day to day administration tasks and other ad-hoc

- Dealing/liaising with the company accountant

We are seeking a skilled part time bookkeeper to join our team in managing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Xero accounting software and will also be proficient with Excel., Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Level 2&3 AAT qualification
