Part Time Cocktail Bartender

We are looking for a down-to-earth, bubbly, and motivated Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team at BÓHA London.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work behind our Restaurant Bar, as well as our Speakeasy style cocktail bar, The Shibeen, where you will provide not only exceptional cocktails, but let your personality and flair add to our electric atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Confidently run either the Restaurant Bar or the Shibeen Speakeasy Cocktail bar service.


• Be available and capable to open and close our bars correctly.


• Organise the prep requirements and standards necessary for service to run smoothly, ensuring a fully stocked bar.


• Have the ability to build rapport and provide a personal service to guests when in front facing bar roles.


• Lead, train, and develop the more junior members of the team.
  
  A minimum of 1 year experience as a head bartender, or 2 years of experience behind the bar.


• Expertise in all of the fundamentals of classic cocktail making.


• Interest in the development and craft behind our signature cocktail list.


• Have a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.


• A genuine passion for cocktails and spirits and a desire to learn more.


• Expertise in organisation, time management and ability to multitask.
