Full Job Description
- Provide nursing care to residents in a compassionate and professional manner
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor residents' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Part-time Day Nurse to join our client's nursing home team. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) dedicated to providing high-quality care to residents. This position is part-time, offering flexibility and work-life balance., RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin - Proven experience in nursing, preferably in a nursing home setting
