Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has risen for an Executive Administrator to join the College Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the College Leadership Group and will deputise, in the case of absence, for the PA to the Principal and Chief Executive.

This is a varied role which will require a high level of integrity. The ability to communicate confidentiality with a range of colleagues and stakeholders is essential.

You will have a proactive approach and possess exceptional organisational skills and be able to work independently and as part of a Team. Experience of minute taking, and knowledge of MS office are also key requirements of the role.

Proven experience in an administrative role is an essential requirement.

This is a part time role working 30 hours per week Term Time Only and will be predominantly based at our Watford Campus with travel across our Hemel Hempstead and Luton Campus' as required.

Up to £18,878.96 term time only (Based on 36 working weeks per annum), based on the full-time equivalent salary of £28,500.
