Full Job Description

  • Supporting 3 females in a supported living service in Northwich, You will work as part of a team or 1:1 with lots of support and training from your colleagues and managers. We offer a rewarding and fulfilling career helping young adults to live happy and meaningful lives.
  • You may help the people you support to do things such as go shopping, cook their meals, or attend activities such as the cinema or bowling.
  • Without you, they would not be able to live an independent and enriched life and so you get to feel great about the care you provide and go home feeling that you have made a difference to someone's life.

    NO EXPERIENCE is required. If you are a caring, compassionate, and dedicated person who wants to help others, you have the skills we are looking for. We will consider all applicants; however, we are unable to provide sponsorship for overseas candidates.

    Average of 19.5 hours per week over a 2 week rolling rota
  • + Working Monday 10-11 pm (sleep) + Every other Saturday 10-11 pm (sleep) + Working as part of a small team and on a 1:1 basis
  • Full training provided.
  • FULL UK - Driver required (Motability car available, use of own vehicle also an advantage with Business Use Insurance)
  • £15, 963 per year (Based on £12.00 per hour plus £50 sleep rate), General Details:
  • We offer PART TIME PERMANENT CONTRACTS
  • Fixed rolling shift pattern assigned to you so that you know your regular hours of work on an ongoing basis.
  • There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, and we value a healthy work-life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them.
  • You will have access to lots of support from great managers and the opportunity to complete an NVQ.
  • Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment.
  • You will generally work in the same house on each shift.
  • There is generally no traveling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
  • Most of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
