Full Job Description

  • Maintaining flower beds, borders, and other garden features.
  • Pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges.
  • Planting new plants and maintaining existing ones.
  • Ensuring proper irrigation and watering of plants.
  • Weeding and general maintenance of garden areas.
  • Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery.
  • Working closely with the groundskeeping team to ensure a cohesive and well-maintained environment.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.

    The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about gardening and horticulture, with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Previous gardening experience is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position, with flexible hours available., Passion for gardening and horticulture.

    Winter Hill Golf Club is currently seeking a Part Time Gardener to join our team. Operated by Get Golfing - a charity supporting local golf facilities in England, we own and operate multiple golf courses with a focus on providing exceptional playing conditions and a pleasant environment for our customers. The Part Time Gardener will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the landscaping and gardens surrounding our golf courses.
