Part-Time Lettings & Sales Negotiator (15 hours)

The candidate must have a keen interest in property, possess superb face to face customer service skills, have an impeccable time keeping record, be able to think on their feet and have the ability to keep calm in a crisis.

The position is part-time, with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Tuesday 12pm - 5pm (5 Hours)

Friday - 12am - 5pm (5 Hours)

Saturday 10am - 3pm (5 hours)

• We are flexible with the weekday working hours for the right candidate, Saturday hours are essential and non-negotiable


Previous lettings and sales experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided. As part time lettings / sales negotiator, you will:

- Confirm your daily appointments using a mobile phone, which will be provided.

- Meet the prospective buyer / tenant at the relevant property to carry out the property viewing. Whilst at the same time, ensuring you follow current government guidance on social distancing rules.

- Deliver any related property information to the prospective buyer / tenant, whilst always maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, both face to face, over the phone or via email.

- From time to time you may be required to set up and book appointments following leads from enquiries.


• A clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential, mileage paid
  
  We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and honest team player to join our busy lettings and sales department, based out of our Port Street office, located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, Manchester. This position is offered on a part-time basis, based on 15 hours, with potentially more hours available at busy times.
  
  We pay mileage at the recommended government higher rate of 0.45p per mile, upon mileage log submitted.


Annual Salary is negotiable between £9,204 and £10,140, based on experience.
