Full Job Description
- Develop and maintain financial tracker(s) for MHE cost analysis and work with relevant parties to obtain
- Assist with any MHE investigations when required-gather all necessary information etc
- Monitor supplier telematics/KPI's for impact shock detection etc and utilisation of MHE
- Assist with the Loler inspections, own and update the relevant portals-checking follow up repairs and Loler expiry dates/planning schedule
- Champion MHE safe use and positive attitude towards MHE across the business.
- Monitor service reports from suppliers and update CMMS system
- Assist with CMMS system MHE integration
- Assist with recording and implementation of new to site MHE and removal of old, to include ancillaries/batteries/peak equipment etc
- Monitoring and authorising MHE quotes for damage repairs-tyres etc
- Develop and maintain weekly MHE action log
- Highlight any areas with potential cost savings and improvements
- Assist with any other duties requested
Health and safety conscious at all times - Any knowledge of MHE brands, parts and ancillaries beneficial
- Valid driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate and experience in using Microsoft office packages for example Excel/ Power BI etc and ability to produce reports
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop
- Positive attitude and ability to manage own workload with good time management skills
