Part Time Nanny

School pick ups, meal prep, lunch & snack box prep, organise playdates and all activities. Willing to play with the girls and engage with them in a structured environment by setting routines. Cooking healthy food and snacks, cleaning the kitchen after cooking, dishwasher etc, and keeping the girls room tidy and organised. Arrange the girls social life with afterschool playdates with other nannies and mums. Take the girls to outdoor activities, parks, zoo, museums etc.

Ideal Nanny:
Female nanny, ideally more mature, 40s plus if possible. They want an experienced nanny who knows what to do as soon as she starts, mum works full-time and is very busy. The ideal nanny must be kind, loving, fun and engaging with the children but also knows how to set good routines and structure for the girls, be able to plan activities and playdates, cook healthy foods. The children are not allowed iPads or TV.

Nanny in past/why did she leave:
Yes, family had a nanny for many years who left due to pregnancy, they want the new nanny to be a long-stay position. The nanny must feel confident to talk to the mum if any issues occur as she likes open communication. One negative was a nanny who left on short notice with little communication.

Sole/Mixed: Sole charge, mum works at home in her office but is not available as its a full time job.

Important factors/additional details:
Important the nanny is experienced and doesn't need to be managed, feels comfortable in making decisions, if they need more food go to the supermarket and buy it etc (great intuition), and understands a good healthy routine for the girl's age. Although they don't want a strict nanny just one who makes sure the children have good manners and have lots to entertain them and a weekly routine.
