- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Providing support and guidance to care staff
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our client's team on night shifts. The ideal candidate will have previous nursing experience, particularly in a nursing home setting, and possess excellent clinical skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents while working in a supportive and inclusive environment., Valid RGN qualification and UK NMC registration - Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting
