Full Job Description
24x7 provide home to school transport for children with special educational needs on behalf of West Sussex County Council. You will be required to work part time Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons during term time only. Usually you will be starting at 07:00 for your morning route and your hours will be 15 - 20 hours per week. (average 20 hours per week subject to the route you are allocated) Your Job role
- You will assist children or vulnerable adults to and from school, college or day care centres whilst being transported in one of our cars or small minibuses.
- We will expect you to build fast positive and professional relationships with passengers, educational establishments and families
To have sufficient command of the English language - DBS criminal record check as you will be working with children, young persons and/or vulnerable adults.
- You should have a friendly and positive attitude, enjoy working with children and be fit and reliable.
- Previous experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Training will be provided.
Your annual salary £6300-£9600 subject to route and hours worked.
