Full Job Description

The Hospitality Club is looking for a People Operations Manager specialising in Hospitality Management to join our team based in Liverpool.

This diverse role involves recruiting team members for prestigious hospitality venues, sourcing and training candidates for permanent and temporary roles, fulfiling staffing requirements for a variety of clients, excelling in client management and generating new sales.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is detail orientated, enthusiastic and takes immense pride in delivering high-quality standards. Additionally, you must be confident to work independently on your own projects as well as being a team player, always maintaining a calm and professional manner.

This is a permanent role, working part-time hours (3 days out of 7) - 20 hours per week.

Because we work at some of the best events in the UK, weekend work is required, as are occasional early starts and late finishes.
