Part Time Receptionist/CIAG & Sixth Form Administrator - to start ASAP February 2025, The working week is 28 hours - core hours are from 9.45am - 5.15pm with a half-hour lunch break, or as agreed with the Administration Manager.

The role is varied and busy, and the ability to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school is essential. School experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided however the new post-holder will be able to demonstrate successful work experience in a fast-paced office environment. Excellent communication skills are essential as is enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to play an active role in the life of the school. The new post-holder will be an experienced MS Office user - including Excel.,

Ada Lovelace Church of England High School is the newest school in the Twyford CE Academies Trust having moved into its brand-new permanent site in north Ealing in September 2020. The school has now reached full capacity, educating just over 1050 students across years 7 to 13. Ada Lovelace is named after the Victorian pioneer of computing and has a specialism in Digital Technologies which has led to the launch of T-levels at the school in Digital Production, Design and Development as well as Laboratory Science.
