Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
Clientele activities
Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
Deals with customer queries and complaints;

Have relevant experience in retail or a similar 'service' sector.
