Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in this 'Ofsted' Outstanding Prep School. The post holder will be required to take responsibility for clerical management of registration at the School and to manage various Whole School administrative tasks, working within a vibrant office and dealing with general enquiries in person, by email and by telephone.

The role will be varied, and the successful candidate will enjoy dealing with a range of different challenges. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Time management skills, flexibility and an ability to work under pressure-are also essential for this role. A decent level of IT competency is desirable and the successful candidate will be a confident user of the main Microsoft Office programs.

Contract Type: This is a year round part time position, working 8am to 5pm, 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday)

Contract term: Permanent

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
