We sell a fantastic range of donated treasures - from branded clothing and homeware to furniture, toys, and games - all to support QEF's life-changing work. Our Chessington Children's Shop is a magical hub dedicated to all things kids! From adorable clothing to essential gear and playful toys, this shop has it all - and we're looking for a dynamic Shop Assistant to help lead the way. Why Join Us?

Your Role As a Shop Assistant working part time, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our shop runs smoothly and shines brightly in the community. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an inviting and high-quality shop presentation.
- Encouraging donations from the community and helping to recruit dedicated volunteers.
- Assisting in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stepping in to manage the shop in the manager's absence., Actively participating in learning, development and feedback opportunities.
- Promoting QEF's Equal Opportunities policy.
- Being an active team player.
- Being an ambassador of QEF's Values and Behaviours - Everyone Matters, - Everyone Works Together, - Everyone Makes a Difference.
- A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- A team player who can also thrive working independently.
- Experienced in retail (charity shop experience is a plus but not essential).
- Confident with basic IT skills.
