Your Role As a Shop Assistant working part time, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our shop runs smoothly and shines brightly in the community. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining an inviting and high-quality shop presentation.
• Encouraging donations from the community and helping to recruit dedicated volunteers.
• Assisting in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stepping in to manage the shop in the manager's absence., Actively participating in learning, development and feedback opportunities.
• Promoting QEF's Equal Opportunities policy.
• Being an active team player.

We're looking for someone who is:
• A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• A team player who can also thrive working independently.
• Experienced in retail (charity shop experience is a plus but not essential).
• Confident with basic IT skills.
