Full Job Description

As Partner Acquisition Senior Executive, you will develop and maintain a commercially robust onboarding programme, you will work alongside your team to drive success and innovation to enhance Situs Partner onboarding experience.

Working with Situs commercial and operational teams you will establish new areas for growth within Situs Global partner network, generate new relationships with potential partners and establish base line service standards and commercial terms, selling the benefits of working with Situ at all times. Key responsibilities will include reactive, day-day sourcing of inventory for specific client accommodation requests, supporting the commercial teams to retain the very best pricing and commercial terms to enable Situ to convert business opportunities to confirmed accommodation bookings.

You will drive property categorisation, working with other stakeholders to offer clear and concise guidance to the rest of the business and Situs clients. Data is key across the department, at all times it must be kept up to date and accessible in line with Situs standard practise.

It will be important to identify and manage risks connected with the supply chain, ensuring all actions and checks are carried out in order to mitigate them. The role requires excellent communication with team members and key stakeholders, recognising opportunities to support partner integration and development.,

  • Working with Situ's commercial and Partner teams establish new areas for growth within Situ's supply chain

  • Support to develop and maintain a commercially robust onboarding process

  • Generate new relationships with potential Global Partner's and establish if they meet the minimum commercial and service standards needed to join Situ's supply chain

  • Work with Situ's commercial teams to support and facilitate RFI & RFP processes, including arranging the very best pricing and commercial terms to increase the chance of converting the business from opportunity to win.

  • Ensure newly onboarded Partners are well versed in Situ's standard processes including but not limited to review structure, service standards, pre arrival requirements and product quality.

  • Secure the very best commercial terms with new partners and onboard them onto the correct PAA

  • Provide training sessions to relevant Situ departments on new Partners and how to work with them

  • Source accommodation for last minute reactive Ops searches ensuring diligence checks are complete

  • With other stakeholders within the business establish and maintain Partner categorisation

  • Present new partner trends and commercial arrangements to senior members of relevant Situ departments

  • Keep systems up to date with notes and information on new Partner relationships

  • Support with selling the benefits of integration to new partners

  • Work with the integration teams to onboard new Partners via digital platforms

  • Support the Commercial Team with client and partner reporting

  • Work closely with Guest Care to maintain Partner service standards and set minimum standards

  • Identify and manage risks connected with the supply chain, ensuring all actions and checks are carried out in order to mitigate them.

  • Work with all members of the Supply Chain team to ensure the content of our Partners meets Situ standard

  • Attend conferences and events to build industry and sector knowledge whilst staying up to date with trends.
