Based in the heart of Central London, Holborn, Nectar is the UK's largest loyalty programme, with 21m members across the country. We're looking for an ambitious Partner Executive to work with a Nectar Partner(s) on delivering their marketing initiatives and campaigns. What you'll be doing: Commercial Focus

  • Track partner key performance indicators (KPIs), identify notable trends to inform future forecasting.
  • Nectar points tracking and Nectar bonus point campaign management.
  • Laise with the finance team and manage financial processes and systems.
  • Supporting team delivery of revenue generation targets.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Relationship Management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with Partner/client organisations.
  • Develop a good understanding of the Partner business, their objectives and how Nectar campaigns can support them.
  • Articulate thoughts and recommendations in client presentations.
  • Represent the Partners with internal departments: marketing, call centre and operations.
  • Assist the Partnership team with day to day management of accounts.
  • General administration on the account.
  • Projects and Campaigns
  • Work effectively with internal and external marketing and partner teams to plan and deliver targeted campaigns on time and to budget.
  • Present campaign plans to clients.
  • Liaise internally and cross functionally to deliver effective campaign execution on a range of Nectar channels including Nectar app, nectar.com and email, digital and in-store.
  • Utilise research and insight to brainstorm and develop new campaign ideas.
  • Data and Insights.
  • Analyse campaign performance and communicate the value of Nectar channels.
  • Proactively research trends in the loyalty market and relevant partner/ client industries.

    Some experience of working in a marketing role or an avid interest in partner/ client relationships or marketing.
  • Knowledge of Direct Marketing/CRM is desirable.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive with a 'can do' attitude - willing and able to use initiative.
  • High energy and a team player.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Web experience is desirable.
  • Curious mindset.
