Full Job Description
person holding this position will report to the Associate Director for Partner Services and be a member of the Partner Services' team., The core responsibility of the of the Partner Services Officer is to be accountable for supporting the management of service providers to ensure compliance with MAH oversight procedures. The Partner Services Officer will build and maintain relationships with the internal stakeholders and service providers and as a custodian of information, play a key role in supporting data/document requests before and during audits and inspections.,
- Supports preparation and review of governance data and metrics and participates in Operational Governance Committees for the outsourced activities
- Onboards and offboards vendor's resources and ensures all required documentation is available.
- Supports Service Provider training activities including reconciliation of training plans and training compliance.
- Tracks and manages requests from business and business partners and escalates issues that may impact compliance.
- Coordinates review and approval of legal documents i.e. Contracts and Power of Attorneys (PoAs) and ensures comments are addressed and signatures collected in a timely manner.
- Supports financial activities including coordination of review of financial trackers from Service Providers, liaising with SME's and service providers to ensure financial discrepancies/queries from either party are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintains databases: o Contract database o PoA database o Vendor resource database o Request database
- Delivers data to support inspection/audit requests and participates in health authority inspections and partner audits
- Supports major change management initiatives including product acquisitions/integrations and product divestments.
- Supports in development of manuals that describe the split of responsibilities between Norgine and the services providers and co-author internal Norgine procedures.
- Identifies and implements improvements that enhance performance and drive effectiveness

Experience in working with service providers is desirable - Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Great prioritisation and excellent organisational skills
- Practical operational experience of working across disciplines and across multiple regions/countries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse cultures
- Willing to adapt and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, following up with stakeholders as necessary
- Good interpersonal skills, motivated to help others with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Keen to take initiative and be proactive when communicating with team members, ensuring consistency in messaging
- Keen to develop project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
