Full Job Description

The Partnerships Coordinator roles will assume responsibility within the relevant department assisting with full delivery of contractual rights from contract signature to debrief as required. The role will suit someone who can build solid working relationships quickly and easily, organise and work through assigned tasks, has strong attention to detail, and is able to work to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience of working with brands and/or agencies is preferable.   • Full administrative and organisational support to enable teams to fulfil contractual agreements.
  • Client, agency, and festival stakeholder liaison pre, during, and post event - working closely and collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of rights within strict deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs of all partner activity via IT systems.
  • Assisting with client debriefs.
  • Assisting where required with the on-site delivery of partnerships at festivals across the UK.
  • Distributing information to internal and external teams on a timely basis.
  • Reporting on data as required.
  • Digital - helping in the asset delivery and approval process with internal marketing teams, and brand clients
  • Individual departmental deliverables depending on specific focus area (Account Management, Digital, Onsite Fulfilment).

  • Working knowledge of one or more UK music festivals.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Comfortable with analysing, and interpreting data and a competent Excel user.
  • Full UK Driver's licence.
