Full Job Description

  • Work with Academy industry partners to further the reach of course ideas.
  • Generate new partnership agreements that support the growth of Academy.
  • Analyse the market and feedback possible areas for growth.
  • Engage with the Water Industry through events and external meetings.
  • Highlight the technical ideas you hear or read about that have the potential to become business opportunities and develop implementation strategies.
  • Oversee the curation and creation of compelling content, in close liaison with the Course Creators, technical community and other stake holders.

    Experience in co-ordinating and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and line management.
  • Experience in client/ partnership relationships.
  • Confident in executing, reviewing and understanding partnership contracts.
  • Excellent active listening and analysis skills.
  • Strong organisational skills; ability to prioritise work and deliver on deadlines in a dynamic environment, with a keen eye for attention to details.
  • Ability to be analytical and stem ideas for improvement.

    WRc, one of the companies within RSK Group, are now looking to recruit an Academy Partnerships and Course Manager to work full time as part of the highly successful WRc Academy.
  • This role will be based out of Swindon, England. Currently, we are operating a blended working arrangement with a minimum of 1 day in the office and a maximum of 4 days remote working.
