Mencap are recruiting a Partnership Development Manager to join our ambitious team full time (37.5 hours per week) on a permanent basis. The fundraising team are based in our London office. We do offer flexibility on where you can work but the team like to meet up in the office once a week. We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager who has: - excellent relationship management and stewardship skills - the ability to write creatively with impact, persuade, engage and inspire different stakeholders - is a confident networker and public speaker - understand and use data to develop an understanding of our different audiences Your day will consist of: - proactively calling CSR Managers, Marketing Managers, HR Professionals and other decision makers to give them the opportunity to invest in Mencap's Programmes of work - attending donor meetings, and influencing with prospects - writing creative and impactful proposals and application to solicit financial support from corporate donors working alongside people with a learning disability to ensure their voices are central to our partnership messaging
