Full Job Description

Join our global marketing team and play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with our existing clients, growing awareness of our research capabilities and demonstrating value to unlock new revenue streams.

As an experienced marketer you will lead marketing initiatives to a hand-picked selection of global clients (including Google, Mastercard and Visa). You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns and collateral, organising an EMI hosted client event and exploring opportunities to collaborate with clients on co-branded projects.

This exciting position requires you to work closely with our Sales Leadership and Global Account Directors (GADs), as well as our Marketing and Research functions. Good confident communication, project management and the ability to prioritise tasks based on changing market and client requirements are also important skills required to be successful in this role.

Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager the role will suit a modern thinking, self-starting marketer who is looking for an exciting opportunity in the dynamic field of international market research.

How will you be doing it

Campaign and Collateral: You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns and collateral for a selection of global clients, promoting our new products (E-Commerce and Innovation) and our custom research solutions. This involves understanding the product inside out, identifying the appropriate product messaging across different job functions and delivering effective campaigns. All campaigns need to be measured and these metrics should lead to improvements being made for follow up campaigns.

Client Communication: You will curate and deliver bespoke versions of our monthly client email, Passport Explorer, to key global accounts using marketing automation software, Marketo. This email serves as a showcase of our latest products and featured content.

In-person Event: You will organise a EMI hosted client event at the end of October, launching our new Loyalty product.

Content Marketing: You will work with key stakeholders to uncover opportunities for co-branded marketing initiatives to drive client interest engagement - articles, white papers, webinars, case studies and presentations.

Marketing Expertise: You bring a minimum of five years marketing experience, with a track record of developing successful campaigns and marketing materials.

Communication and Copywriting Skills: You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You will be creating persuasive copy for email, web pages, social posts, brochures and multi-media and collaborating regularly with colleagues across departments. Knowledge of adapting language per behavioural science techniques would be an advantage.

Event Management: You have experience planning and executing events for clients, demonstrating that you can co-ordinate all aspects of a project from the logistics to the client marketing experience.

Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation software, Marketo, is essential.

Digital Savvy: You embrace new digital channels and platforms, understanding their potential for marketing success.

Self-Starting: You are a proactive and self-motivated individual who can take ownership of projects and campaigns from start to finish.

Creative: You have a modern, forward-thinking approach to marketing and are enthusiastic to embrace new and creative ideas.
