Full Job Description

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is looking for a proactive individual who thrives on challenges and enjoys teamwork. The role sits within the Gwent Regional Partnership Board Support Team, where you will play a pivotal role in developing a robust performance and information function. In this role, you will harness your analytical and technical expertise to analyse, interpret, and present complex data, aiding key decision-making processes. You'll take the lead in collating, aggregating, and visualising project data, developing methods and processes to efficiently gather information from a broad project portfolio. We are excited to welcome a new member to our team who will enhance our reporting function, ultimately benefiting our stakeholders and individuals throughout the region., Data Analysis & Reporting: Define, collate, analyse, and interpret complex data from various sources. Create and maintain performance dashboards and employ statistical packages to support reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the team, presenting information and findings in meetings and reports, where required.

Information Management: Develop and manage analytical information systems and reporting processes to meet stakeholder's needs. Ensure compliance with data protection and information security standards.

Training & Development: Provide training in analytics and support the development of self-service skills among multi-disciplinary staff.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
