Full Job Description

Creative and content brand partnerships are a critical focus for revenue growth for Mail Metro Media in 2025 and beyond. Our mission is to be the leading media owner for working with agencies and brands to develop integrated content campaigns that meet our clients' business objectives. We are looking for someone to help lead and execute an ambitious growth strategy to maintain and accelerate our revenue growth in both the partnership, video, podcast and wider commercial content space., As the Partnerships Associate Director, you will be expected to collaborate and support the Group Strategic Partnerships Director to:

  • Define the structure of the team & the processes to pitch and win award-winning campaigns
  • Support in communicating this vision and progress against targets to the relevant internal teams at regular and appropriate intervals
  • Support in identifying and implementing overarching development for the partnership team
  • Lead the skills development of broader internal teams on partnerships as appropriate
  • Define and implement an engagement strategy, in coordination with strategists and the Trade Marketing team, building our brand and presence within agencies
  • Collaborate with the MMM client category and planning teams to engage clients and agency planning teams further upstream and implement immersion sessions with challenge and growth clients
  • Actively review the team's work, to ensure high quality output
  • Identify and develop a strategic plan to activate clients who actively spend in partnerships and unlock partnership revenue opportunities
  • Empower the team to run best in class brainstorms and partnership ideation sessions
  • Support and ensure the team (including the wider hub team) deliver first class partnership campaigns from ideation to PCA
  • Present externally on our partnership credentials, and be a MMM partnership evangelist in market

    8 years+ experience in media, preferably in partnerships
  • History of winning large scale creative briefs and campaigns at an agency or client
  • Understand the role of creativity, effectiveness, and insights in proving ROI
  • Understanding of digital, print & AV solutions
  • Understand the market and where innovation is trending
  • Be able to present ideas, insights and sell in services
  • Demonstrate excellent collaborative skills
  • Strong established commercial relationships with key agency contacts, advertisers and creative partners
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
