Full Job Description

In this role, you will engage with top-tier brands both over the phone and face-to-face, ensuring the seamless execution of in-store and digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager to secure brand support for exclusive product launches, fragrance campaigns, and other high-profile marketing initiatives.

In this role you will be responsible for…

Maximising revenue generation by managing and executing all elements of brand partnerships, including in-store and digital campaigns.
Ensuring all advert artwork and campaign materials are delivered on time, aligning with campaign deadlines and brand objectives.
Collaborating with the Partnerships Manager to create bespoke presentations, proposals, and media plans that meet brand partner interests and objectives.
Maintaining excellent communication with clients, managing contracts, and overseeing the media activity database to ensure the smooth running of all projects.
Supporting the Harrods Magazine editorial and advertorial approval process, liaising with internal teams, buyers, and brand partners to ensure seamless execution.

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with prior experience in a similar role within the beauty or luxury retail industry. Your deep understanding of how luxury brands operate and your knowledge of beauty trends are key assets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple tasks, as well as coordinating in-person meetings and events. You can easily commute to London for these in-person engagements. Your commercial knowledge and experience in retail will help you navigate the intricacies of brand partnerships and marketing strategies. You will also possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with both external brands and internal teams.
