Full Job Description
As a Partnerships Operations Assistant, you will coordinate the entire suite of in-store media platforms, ensuring smooth execution from booking through to completion. Acting as a channel expert, you'll collaborate with brands, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to bring marketing campaigns to life while supporting broader media operations, including digital, CRM, and app-based channels.,
- Develop expertise in all media specifications across the Harrods Media portfolio, becoming a go-to resource for the wider Partnerships team.
- Coordinate operations across the in-store screen network and print opportunities, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and external clients.
- Manage advertising materials, ensuring deadlines are met and approvals are secured.
- Monitor bookings and provide timely updates on specifications and schedules to clients, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Assist with content updates and digital scheduling, leveraging tools such as the Samsung VXT system to create innovative solutions.

- Experience in coordinating media campaigns, including familiarity with content management systems and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
